Exchanges and Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Send it back to us within 30 days and with no more than 2 pouches missing and receive store credit for the amount you paid (not including shipping costs). If you are returning product for exchange or credit, please email us at to obtain an RMA that must be included with your return.

Incorrectly Shipped or Missing Items

If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. Please send a brief email to alerting us of the error and we will correct any fulfillment mistakes as quickly as possible.

We may require incorrectly shipped items to be returned. If this is the case, the products must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with an RMA document to include with your return as well as a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge.

Damaged Product

Items that are received in a damaged state are eligible for immediate replacement with photo proof of damage at the discretion of USCAN Distribution LLC. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit that can be applied as a discount on a future order. 

Undeliverable Orders

If your shipment is returned to us for whatever reason, we will attempt to send a second order to you at no additional cost. If the second attempt at shipping your order to you is unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund including the shipping costs that you paid.
